Yep, they drop most anywhere in Asura areas.
I got mine from Wind Riders on the way to Slavers, nice little surprise. Can't beat a quick 80K drop you weren't looking for. |

Anyone know some good ways to farm Wind Riders with a Warrior? MR build seems to be the best bet
 Edit: You need a zealous weapon. Because they use Soothing Images which means you cannot gain adrenaline, it's vital that you bring energy weapons. Probably. I have a zealous winged axe from Blacktide Den cus im a ch33psk4t3. Heheheheheh  I will try and make a build sometime this week, cus I'm full what with homework and other things.
